Es ist damit unverzichtbar f\u00fcr die Energiegewinnung aus Fetten, Kohlenhydraten und Proteinen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Antioxidative Wirkung:<\/strong>\u00a0FAD ist notwendig f\u00fcr die Funktion des Enzyms Glutathion-Reduktase, das das wichtige Antioxidans Glutathion regeneriert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weitere Funktionen:<\/strong>\u00a0Beteiligt am Stoffwechsel anderer B-Vitamine (z.B. B6, Fols\u00e4ure, Niacin), der Eisenaufnahme und der Erhaltung gesunder Haut, Schleimh\u00e4ute, roter Blutk\u00f6rperchen und des Sehverm\u00f6gens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vorkommen in nat\u00fcrlicher Form:<\/strong><br>Vitamin B2 ist weit verbreitet, besonders gute Quellen sind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Milch und Milchprodukte:<\/strong>\u00a0K\u00e4se, Joghurt, Quark (Achtung: Lichtempfindlich \u2013 Milch in dunklen Beh\u00e4ltern sch\u00fctzt den Gehalt).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Innereien:<\/strong>\u00a0Leber und Niere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fleisch und Fisch:<\/strong>\u00a0Mageres Fleisch, fettreicher Fisch wie Makrele.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eier:<\/strong>\u00a0Insbesondere das Eigelb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vollkornprodukte<\/strong>\u00a0und bestimmte Gem\u00fcse (z.B.
