Es wirkt als Coenzym bei der sogenannten&nbsp;<strong>\u03b3-Carboxylierung<\/strong>, die diese Proteine aktiviert. Ein Mangel f\u00fchrt zu erh\u00f6hter Blutungsneigung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knochenstoffwechsel:<\/strong>&nbsp;Aktiviert Osteocalcin und andere Proteine, die f\u00fcr den Einbau von Kalzium in die Knochenmatrix (Mineralisation) und die Knochengesundheit wichtig sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zellwachstum &amp; Gef\u00e4\u00dfgesundheit:<\/strong>&nbsp;Beteiligt an der Regulation des Zellwachstums und verhindert die Kalzifikation (Verkalkung) von Weichgeweben wie Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vorkommen in nat\u00fcrlicher Form in zwei Haupttypen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Vitamin K1 (Phyllochinon) \u2013 Hauptform in der Ern\u00e4hrung<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gr\u00fcnes Blattgem\u00fcse:<\/strong>&nbsp;Gr\u00fcnkohl, Spinat, Brokkoli, Rosenkohl, Salat, Petersilie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pflanzliche \u00d6le:<\/strong>&nbsp;Raps\u00f6l, Soja\u00f6l, Oliven\u00f6l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weitere:<\/strong>&nbsp;Fr\u00fcchte (z.B. Kiwi, Avocado), Gem\u00fcse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Vitamin K2 (Menachinone, MK-n)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fermentierte Lebensmittel:<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Natto<\/strong>&nbsp;(fermentierte Sojabohnen, sehr reichhaltig, v.a. MK-7), gereifter K\u00e4se (z.B. Gouda, Brie), Sauerkraut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tierische Produkte:<\/strong>&nbsp;Eigelb, Butter, Leber, Fleisch (v.a. von mit Gras gef\u00fctterten Tieren).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Darmbakterien:<\/strong>&nbsp;Ein Teil des Bedarfs kann durch die Synthese von Darmbakterien gedeckt werden (Resorptionsort ist jedoch umstritten).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Besonderheiten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fettl\u00f6slich:<\/strong>&nbsp;F\u00fcr eine gute Aufnahme ist etwas Nahrungsfett erforderlich.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resistenz:<\/strong>&nbsp;Relativ hitzestabil, aber lichtempfindlich.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Antagonisten:<\/strong>\u00a0Medikamente wie Cumarine (z.B.\u00a0<strong>Marcumar<\/strong>) hemmen die Vitamin-K-Wirkung, um die Blutgerinnung gezielt zu vermindern.
